Property-Wide Emergencies

Call our 24/7 On-Call Manager at (713) 329-7100

Property-Wide emergencies are defined as emergencies affecting multiple units. e.g. There is a sewage back-up in more than one unit; we do not have hot or cold water services. If the property loses electrical power, there is not need to contact anyone. We have SmartMeters and CenterPiont Energy is automatically notified of the failure. If you want to verify the reported power outage, place call CenterPoint Customer Service at call (713) 207-2222 or (800) 332-7143.

What should you expect from the On-Call Manager?

You should expect a return call from an on-call Community Manager within 15 minutes. All Community Managers at PMG have access to our property information in real-time online. Please work directly with this individual to facilitate a resolution to the property-wide emergency. This individual facilitating the emergency will contact the Association Directors or our Community Manager if they are needed. If you do not get a response in 15 minutes call the number again.

IMPORTANT! Information for Tenants Leasing

If you are a Tenant leasing your unit from a Member, you should contact your landlord to facilitate the repairs. In the event the incident is related to or affecting multiple unit, please contact the 24/7 on-Call Manager mentioned above.
