Property Inspections (Monthly)

The property is inspected monthly by the Community Manager. The Association Director's inspect the property on a daily basis and report to the Community Manager between cycles. The following will list the top items the Community Manager looks for during the inspection.

Property Inspection CheckList

  • Plants that appear and no request for approval is on file
  • Drippy trash residue; Cat litter trails (Requiring cleaning at resident's expense)
  • Personal Item outside the unit, on the railing, or on the security bars
  • Condition of the front door (Damaged by resident, needs repair or replacement at resident's expense)
  • Doormats that are inappropriate or worn in appearance
  • Condition of the windows (Need cleaning, screen missing or damaged)
  • Items in the window ledge that can be seen from outside the unit
  • Holiday decorations that are outside of the holiday season (we are talking months)
  • Does the window have proper window coverings; are they disheveled in appearance
  • Disabled vehicles in personal and visitor parking
  • Other items as indicated in the Association's Rules & Regulations
